If you enjoy the sumptuous Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class, then you are going to love the upcoming 2014 CLA-Class that everyone's been buzzing about. With some details leaked here and a few photos teased there, Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts have been waiting with bated breath for a more comprehensive revealing of the mythical CLA-Class.

This week's North American International Auto Show in Detroit saw a Mercedes-Benz concept that shares some common features with the CLA-Class, a new class of Mercedes vehicles set to debut for the 2014 model year with very affordable pricing. Representing a new platform, a new level of introductory luxury purchasing, and a new face for affordable luxury, not all CLA-Class models will be available in the US, but we are very excited for the ones that will make it here. With pricing lower than the current Mercedes-Benz 'entry-level' luxury class, the C-Class, the CLA-Class will appeal to younger consumers and other first-time luxury buyers. It will officially debut at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Berlin.

Calling it their "four-door coupe", Mercedes-Benz has pointedly combined coupe styling with a sedan's spacious interior, bringing together two highly sought-after qualities into one exciting vehicle. It's also highly aerodynamic, its sleek styling delivering both form and function. Scheduled touch down in the States in the fall, we’'ll be looking for a 208 horsepower, turbocharged 1.8-liter I-4 engine, front-wheel drive, and a 4MATIC® all-wheel drive system as well. We bet that as soon as this model is made available in the US, Mercedes-Benz dealers will be overwhelmed with car shoppers looking for a great value on a luxury vehicle.

As a Mercedes dealership near Orlando, we know that many area drivers anticipating purchasing their first luxury vehicle will be delighted with this new Mercedes option. We can't wait!
