There is no questioning the fact that today's "family vehicles" are better in just about every way than the "family vehicles" many of our customers grew up with, and we're not just talking about modern day advanced technologies, updated safety and modern creature comforts. Long gone are the days of the gigantic box van and wood-paneled station wagon, as an entirely new crop of family-friendly automobiles has introduced itself to 2014's car-buying public, and Edmunds.com recently put out a list of what they consider to be ten of the coolest.
Specifically, their list is called the "Top 10 Coolest Vehicles for Soccer Moms (and Dads)," and the vehicles that are included on the list are lauded for being attractive, cool and trendy. The only other criteria is that these vehicles include comfortable seating for at least five passengers, and that's more than enough for the 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class (the E350 Wagon specifically) to find its way onto Edmunds' list.
Edmunds calls attention to this gorgeous sport wagon’s "understated opulence" and "long, low and lean" figure, though the rear-facing third seat makes for extra seating for families that need it, and the cabin is generally quite spacious and luxurious.
