Luxury cars and SUVs are more attainable today than they ever have been, which is probably why Kelley Blue Book put out a list of the "Top 10 Cars Under $35,000" earlier this month. It's not surprising that two Mercedes-Benz models made the cut, as the automaker is world-renowned for making some of the best vehicles on the road today.
As your Mercedes-Benz dealer, we were very pleased to see that two of our models were among the top six on that list: the 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class and the 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class.
The CLA-Class vehicles are lauded for their performance (which, by the way, doesn't interfere with great efficiency numbers), as well as their looks, while the GLA-Class is a classy small crossover that offers utility and loads of great standard safety features. There is even a 4MATIC® version of the GLA-Class that still comes in under $35,000, showing just how much value one can squeeze out of these luxury automobiles.
We should, of course, stipulate that these vehicles are by no means stripped-down shells of luxury automobiles, despite their amazing price tags. Both vehicles come equipped with all sorts of creature comforts and modern technologies, as well as loaded safety suites and of course strong, efficient engines.
The beauty in these vehicles is that they're more affordable than some of the top-range models offered from non-luxury brands. Why buy an expensive non-luxury vehicle when you can get a Mercedes-Benz sedan or SUV for so reasonable a price? That's the $35,000 question, isn't it?
