In their most recent 2016 U.S. Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study, J.D. Power discovered that no automaker in the industry was leaving buyers happier than Mercedes-Benz, who scored a 982 on a 1,000-point scale, leading every other automaker in the industry when it comes to the financing aspect of purchasing a car.
In fact, it was the second year in a row that Mercedes-Benz topped the study, and with all the excellent and expedient work we see done by our Mercedes-Benz financing department, we cannot honestly say that we’re all that surprised.
Speed and positive relationships with customers seem to be what are driving the high scores, and while we can’t speak for all dealerships, we can say that here in Lakeland, FL, we really do want to approve a loan at a great financing rate as quickly as possible, and we want that to help serve as a springboard for a great long-term relationship with the customer, who we hope will continue to shop with us for the rest of their lives.
