Anybody who follows the auto industry closely enough knows that the Detroit Auto Show is one of the largest and most substantial automotive exhibitions of the year, which is why Mercedes-Benz decided to make that particular show the platform for the debut of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class this month.

For those that weren’t sure what to expect from such an automobile, let your friendly neighborhood Mercedes-Benz dealer just tell you that it’s a work of vehicular art that, as we’ve said in previous posts, is a technological marvel offering one of the most lavish interiors in the entire stable.

While we were supposed to have to wait until the Detroit Auto Show to get our first real look at the car’s exterior, someone at a German news outlet got their mitts on some very official-looking image leaks several days before the state of Michigan was given its opportunity to debut the thing. That’s just all the better for fans eager to get a first look at the vehicle, which in the days since those leaks has made its way around the internet to glowing reviews.

Essentially, the new E-Class looks right at home in between the S-Class and C-Class vehicles, sporting that same stately, conservative luxury look. Everything about the car screams high-class, from the well-sculpted sheet metal to the gorgeous flowing dash with screens seemingly everywhere to the pristine and spacious seats that feature one of the prettiest layouts in the brand’s lineup.

The dedicated sales team at Fields Motorcars is excited about all the new Mercedes-Benz models finding their way to our dealership these days, but the new E-Class is one that we’re especially looking forward to. Hopefully, our customers are just as thrilled.
