Based on how much Mercedes-Benz vehicles continue to improve each and every year, we’re starting to understand the idiom, “The rich get richer,” particularly when it comes to fans of the Mercedes-Benz C300 coupe. This is an award-winning model that just a year ago was named Cars.com’s “Best of 2015,” yet the new iteration of the vehicle is somehow even more desirable, more technologically advanced, and more comfortable.
Like we said, the rich get richer.
More specifically, the Mercedes-Benz C300 has been restyled, with several new exterior styling cues that include a new shape, some new lines and reshaped back end. Inside, the vehicle is loaded to the brim with lavishness and luxuries, as expected. These include full leather upholstery to go along with trims and furnishings that all are real leather, real wood, or piano black lacquer. The Mercedes-Benz COMAND® infotainment system is a treat, as well, with easy-to-use controls and a huge touchscreen monitor to work the stereo and navigation.
In terms of performance, this coupe is a really fun one to drive thanks in large part to a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine capable of producing an impressive 241 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque. It’s also a little longer and wider than its predecessor, which is good for handling and the 4MATIC® all-wheel drive system certainly doesn’t do anything to hurt the driving experience, either.
