A car can look great, drive with power, and operate with elite fuel efficiency, but the truth is that when drivers interact with their vehicles on a daily basis, the majority of those things don’t matter nearly as much as how easy the car is to operate from the pilot’s seat. For the first time, Ward’s actually released a list of what they consider to be the “10 Best User Experiences” for drivers, and we were very pleased here at Fields Motorcars to see that the E-Class of Mercedes-Benz models were included on that list.
It’s not a tremendous surprise considering how much time, money, and energy Mercedes-Benz poured into the Mercedes-Benz E-Class in order to make it the most technologically-advanced automobile the company has ever made. Not only can the 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class park itself, but it also can change lanes automatically, brake and accelerate automatically depending on what’s going on in traffic around the vehicle, and even charge the user’s cell phone wirelessly.
There are high-definition touchscreen infotainment controls that are incredibly easy to use, but there also are old-fashioned touch-button controls to give drivers their choice of whatever is easiest and least distracting while out on the open road.
Down the road, Mercedes-Benz has even more plans for the vehicle, and that potential for an even more impressive user experience is a big reason why this model ended up winning this accolade. As your Florida Mercedes dealer serving Auburndale, we would love to have you out for a test drive sometime soon so you can see for yourself just what makes these models so user-friendly. It won’t take you long behind the wheel to figure out that the Mercedes-Benz E-Class is indeed a very special automobile.
